For the third time in three weeks, Klaraos Neighborhood Redevelopment was successful at auction, purchasing a home on Cornejo Way in Sacramento. The 5 bedroom, 3+ bath, 3,753 square foot home was build in 2003. The home was purchased for 237,000, representing a purchase price of $63 per square foot. The work to get the home move-in ready is already underway, and we should have the home on the market some time the first week of June.
Cornejo Way represents the fourth home that Klaraos Neighborhood Redevelopment has purchased since April 15, 2010. The first home was purchased and sold within a 32 day time frame. The second home is on the market and has already received offers, while the third home is scheduled to be placed on the market this week, representing a turnaround time of purchase to market ready in 6-7 days.
