Klaraos Deal Support (KDS) is a fund that has been formed primarily to provide short term working capital to “Investor Purchasers” looking to buy foreclosed and distressed residential property, make minor improvements, and return it to the market at competitive pricing.
Borrowers (investor purchasers) are not only required to pass financial and background requirements, but they are also required to provide extensive proof of experience and results in this part of the real estate industry. As with KVII, the goal of KDS is to improve the quality of neighborhoods suffering from foreclosure decay and declining home values while providing a return for our investors.
