Klaraos Ventures II (KNR) is a fund established to purchase homes out of foreclosure with parameters that follow a specific discipline. KVII seeks to identify the top 5% to 10% of foreclosed homes that are likely to have quick turnaround times, make minor improvements to the home, and return it to the market at a competitive price to sell quickly at a profit.
Although much of the information used for KVII is public, the fund applies it in a fresh and creative fashion to enable KVII to sift through the vast amount of information to identify likely profitable scenarios for various classes of foreclosures. The goal of KVII is to restore the quality of neighborhoods previously overrun with foreclosure and decay while providing a return for our investors.
